How to Set Up Toppal Sentry

Toppal Sentry works with both your phone and in-car device. Follow the steps below to install, connect and start using Sentry.

Before You Start

Install Toppal Sentry on both your phone and in-car device. Make sure both devices are connected to the internet before binding.

iPhone

Download from the App Store

Open the App Store on your iPhone and search for Toppal Sentry Lite.

In-Car Device

Install on Your In-Car Device

Open the browser on your Android in-car device and enter the address below to download Toppal Sentry.

Android users: the mobile app and the in-car app use different downloads. Use the Official Android Download above for your phone. Use toppal.ai/sentry.apk only on your in-car device.

Bind Your In-Car Device

After installing Toppal Sentry on both devices, use the mobile app to scan the QR code shown on your in-car screen.

In-car device — keep the QR code displayed on the screen.

Mobile app — tap “Scan code to bind now”.

Open Toppal Sentry on your in-car device.
Open Toppal Sentry Lite on your phone.
Go to Vehicle and tap Scan code to bind now.
Scan the QR code shown on your in-car screen.

Important: Keep both your phone and in-car device connected to the internet while binding.

Confirm the Connection

Once binding is complete, your vehicle will appear as connected in the Toppal Sentry mobile app.

Mobile app — the vehicle status will show as Linked.

In-car device — your Toppal Sentry account is now connected.

Connection complete.

Once connected, you can check your vehicle location, review trip records and use supported vehicle services from your phone.

Upgrade to Sentry Pro

Choose your Sentry Pro plan in the mobile app and complete checkout.

Choose a Plan

Open Sentry Pro on your phone and select your preferred service period.

1 Open the Sentry Pro page.

2 Choose your preferred plan.

3 Tap Renew Now.

Complete Checkout

Complete the information shown on the checkout page and review your final amount.

1 Complete the required checkout information.

2 Review your final order amount.

3 Tap Pay now to complete the purchase.

Discounts: Your final payable price is shown at checkout. Any eligible discount will be reflected before payment.
